The Health Regulation Department in MOH is solely responsible for licensing Healthcare services. Healthcare professional applying for licensure are required to pass MOH exam in order to acquire professional license and practice in the emirate of Dubai.

Consultant
Qualification:MBBS from an accredited institution + Speciality qualification as per the Recognized Speciality certificate Table. For more details Click Here

Tier 1 Two year experience
Tier 2 Five years experience

- MBBS Degree certificate & Its transcript/all year marks card
- Speciality degree certificates & its transcript/all year marks card
- Valid Registration certificate & good standing certificate from the medical council in Home country
- Valid Registration certificate and good standing certificate from the medical council of last employment (If worked any Foreign country)
- Experience certificates
- BLS certificates
- Surgeons need to present a logbook from the authority of past employment
- Passport front &Back page copies
- Passport size photograph with white background
- High school & Higher secondary certificates
Specialist
Qualification:MBBS/MCH+ Speciality Degree.

Tier 1 No experience Required
Tier 2 No experience Required
Tier 3 For UAE Nationals – 1 Year experience required
For non-UAE Nationals – 3 Years Experience Required
